I'll be heading down to Seattle in a bit for the Medieval Women's Choir concert at 8pm at St. James Cathedral. I always love listening to the choir so there will most likely be a concert review when I get home tonight. I'd been hoping to swoop by and take [ profile] alfrecht with me, but he's got dogsitting duty tonight, poor thing.

Gjallarhorn will be in Kenmore at the park tomorrow (Thursday) from 6:30 to 8pm, playing FREE! w00t! Thanks to [ profile] thewronghands for pointing me to this one. I am *so* gonna be there. I love their music. They have four live tracks on their website to download. The park is on the shores of Lake Washington, here:

Located at the north end of Lake Washington in Kenmore, Wash.
From I-405 northbound:
Take exit #20-A (116th St. N.E.) and turn west (left). Travel 4.5 miles. (At 98th Ave., the road name changes to Juanita Dr.) Park entrance is on left.

Perhaps I'll see some of you there!

And now, on to the book review. Today's subject is Voluspá - Seidhr as Wyrd Consciousness by Yngona Desmond.

As some of you are aware, I was out at La Push for several days this week. I got a lot done, including several pages on the ogam book. I finished reading two books I've been working through, and recieved a lovely one in the mail as well. Also, the schedule for PantheaCon is apparently finalized and up. I'm scheduled for Friday at 9pm for my Ogam workshop and Monday at 9am for the CR 101 discussion. If you're going to be at the con, please look me up!
